it’s recipe wednesday…

recipe, recipe wednesday (if you know me, that was just sung). so, this made my mouth water when i first saw it. i will make it soon. it will be amazing, but i wanted to share it with you now. i just can’t wait. however, i promise when i make it, i will take a picture and i will explain the awesomeness it was. ok.. enjoy!

Baked eggs

good for 1 hungry person

200g ham, sliced into small cubes

5 cherry tomatoes

1/4 cup gruyere cheese, shredded (you can add more if you want)

1/2 tsp thyme

2 eggs

salt & pepper

-Preheat oven to 180C. Position rack on the top most.

-In a small pan, cook the sliced ham. After thoroughly cooked, put onto your baking dish.

-Slice cherry tomatoes into halves and add with the ham.

-Sprinkle gruyere cheese and thyme.

-Crack the eggs over.

-Add salt & pepper.

-Bake for 15mins or until the whites are set.

-Serve with toast ;)
